GROUP POLICY

  • Pay 10 or more GET 1 extra group member FREE OF CHARGE
  • Pay 16 or more GET 2 extra group members FREE OF CHARGE

BOOKING POLICY

  • Less than 3 night stay incurs US$15 transfer fee. Children under 2 years are not catered for. Children over 2 years are welcome, however no cot/highchair facilities available. Deposit of US$200 per person payable within 7 days of making a booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival date. If booking made within 45 days, full payment is required.
  • A Christmas Day Surcharge of US$50pp applies.

PAYMENT INFORMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If made more than 45 days prior to arrival date, $200 fee per person
  • If made 21-45 days prior to arrival date, forfeit 50% of amount paid
  • If made less than 21 days prior to arrival date, forfeit 100% of amount paid
